Computational Modeling Fall 2005 Today: 1) discussion of HomeworkTwentyTwo 2) guest lecturer, Nick Collier 3) course evaluation, if time (otherwise monday) For Monday: HomeworkTwentyTwo Guest Lecture ------------- Nicholson Collier is a software developer for Argonne National Laboratory and the lead software developer for PantaRei Corporation. Mr Collier began his modeling and simulation work in 1998 with Social Science Research Computing at the University of Chicago, where he was the lead developer and co-designer of the Repast simulation framework. His current work focuses on the design and development of a variety of simuations and agent-based optimizations for business and academia. Mr Collier holds a Ph.D. from the University of Chicago.
