Each student will be asked to select readings for the group for one week, and to make a short presentation of that material, and to lead the discussion in seminar.
The topic for the seminar this semester is the Microsoft Antitrust case, but I am willing to entertain broad interpretations of that subject. For example, I would be happy to include other notable antitrust cases, discussions of antitrust law and related constitutional issues, and other topics.
Because the primary coursework is in-class discussion, regular attendance is important. Transgressors will be villified.
